关于乡镇卫生院公共卫生管理若干问题探讨与对策

目的关于乡镇卫生院公共卫生管理若干问题探讨与对策。方法选取2018年6-12月期间收入该院进行治疗的88例患者为例,均分为对照组(n=44)、观察组(n=44),对照组实施常规管理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施公共卫生管理,对比两组患者对护理满意度以及预防保健完成情况。结果通过实施不同的管理模式,观察组责任意识(82.58±7.63)分、专业技术(84.36±6.35)分、服务态度(81.59±7.58)分,显著好于对照组责任意识(71.25±6.35)分、专业技术(70.56±6.38)分、服务态度(72.08±5.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组预防保健完成情况95.45%显著好于对照组68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施公共卫生管理,可提高患者满意度,且促进卫生院预防保健工作的顺利开展,值得应用和推广。

Discussion and Countermeasures on Public Health Management of Township Health Centers

Objective Discussion and countermeasures on several issues of public health management in township hospitals.Methods 88 patients who were admitted to our hospital for treatment between June 2018 and December 2018 were selected as examples.They were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).The control group was routinely administered.The observation group implemented public health management on the basis of the control group,and compared the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with their nursing satisfaction and completion of preventive care.Results Through the implementation of different management models,the observation group responsibility consciousness(82.58±7.63)points,professional technology(84.36±6.35)points,service attitude(81.59±7.58)points,significantly better than the control group responsibility consciousness(71.25±6.35)points,professional technology(70.56±6.38)points,service attitude(72.08±5.36)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the completion of preventive health care in the observation group 95.45%was significantly better than that in the control group 68.18%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of public health management can improve patient satisfaction and promote the smooth development of preventive health care in hospitals,which is worthy of application and promotion.
