摘    要:
目的了解某地264名在岗工人职业健康状况及主要影响因素。方法按职业健康体检方法对264名在岗工人进行职业健康检查,对检查结果进行统计分析,选用二分类非条件logisitc回归法分析性别、年龄、工龄和接害数等与健康状况之间的关系。结果在被检的264人中,87.12%的人发现疾病或者检查结果阳性,非条件logisitc回归结果显示不同性别、年龄、工龄、接害数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论被检人群的职业健康情况不容乐观,不同性别、年龄、工龄和接害数与人群健康状况无显著差异。

Abstract:
Objective To understand the occupational health status and main influencing factors of 264 workers in a certain place.Methods Occupational health examination was performed on 264 on-the-job workers according to the occupational health examination method.Statistical analysis was performed on the inspection results.Two-category unconditional logisitc regression method was used to analyze the relationship between gender,age,length of service,and number of injuries and health status.Results Among the 264 people examined,87.12%found disease or the test result was positive,and the unconditional logisitc regression result was not statistically significant in genders,ages,working years and numbe of contacts(P>0.05).Conclusion The occupational health status of the tested population is not optimistic.There is no statistically significant difference between different genders,ages,working years,and number of contacts with the population health status.
