风险管理在血液科护理安全管理中的应用研究

目的研究风险管理在血液科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院血液科2018年1月-2019年1月接收的患者102例,根据单双病号分组,每组均51例,对照组与干预组分别应用常规护理安全管理与风险管理,对比两组效果。结果干预组护士长检查、护理部检查的护理质量评分以及护理满意度96.08%均明显高于对照组84.31%,护理差错率为0.00%、护理缺陷率为1.96%均明显低于对照组7.84%、13.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在血液科护理安全管理中的应用效果显著,能及时避免护理缺陷与差错事件,可有效提高血液科护理质量,保证患者对科室护理的满意度。

Application of Risk Management in Nursing Safety Management of Hematology

Objective To study the application effect of risk management in the safety management of hematology nursing.Methods A total of 102 patients received in the department's hematology department from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.They were grouped according to single and double disease numbers,each group had 51 cases.The control group and the intervention group were treated with routine nursing safety management and risk management,respectively.Two groups of effects were compared.Results 96.08%of the nursing quality check and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group of 84.31%,the nursing error rate was 0.00%,and the nursing defect rate was 1.96%,which were significantly lower than the control group of 7.84%,13.73%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing safety management of hematology department has significant effects,can avoid nursing defects and error events in a timely manner,can effectively improve the quality of hematology care,and ensure patient satisfaction with department nursing.
