人性化服务在小儿外科病房护理管理中的应用

目的探析小儿外科病房护理管理中应用人性化服务的临床效果。方法对2018年5月—2019年5月在该院小儿外科接受治疗的88例患儿予以研究,采用随机抽签法均分成对照组与实验组。对照组(n=44)病房护理管理中应用常规服务,实验组(n=44)病房护理管理中应用人性化服务,对两组护理质量、患儿依从性及家长满意度进行统计分析。结果实验组服务态度、护理文书、护理操作、环境护理、健康宣教评分均高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿依从性为93.18%,对照组患儿为77.27%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组家长满意度为95.45%,对照组患儿为81.82%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿外科病房护理管理中应用人性化服务,不仅可以有效提高护理质量,还可以显著提高患儿依从性与家长满意度,值得临床进一步研究与借鉴应用。

Application of Humanized Service in Nursing Management of Pediatric Surgery Ward

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying humanized service in nursing management of pediatric surgical ward.Methods A total of 88 children who underwent pediatric surgery in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were studied and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group(n=44)used routine services in the nursing management of the ward,and the experimental group(n=44)applied humanized services in the nursing management of the ward.Statistical analysis was performed on the quality of care,child compliance,and parental satisfaction in the two groups.Results The service attitude,nursing instruments,nursing operations,environmental care,and health education scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the children in the experimental group was 93.18%,and that in the control group was 77.27%,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of parents in the experimental group was 95.45%,and the children in the control group was 81.82%,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized services in the nursing management of pediatric surgical wards can not only effectively improve the quality of care,but also significantly improve children's compliance and parental satisfaction.It is worthy of further clinical research and application.
