妇产科流程管理减少妇产科医疗缺陷分析

摘    要:
目的探讨于医院妇产科实施流程管理后在减少医疗缺陷方面获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2017年3月-2019年5月收治的74例妇产科患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组后探究每组分娩流程管理方式;比照组37例:选择常规分娩流程管理方式展开;实验组37例:选择完善分娩流程管理方式展开;就组间总管理满意率、总医疗缺陷发生率以及总医疗纠纷发生率展开对比。结果实验组妇产科患者总管理满意率97.30%高于比照组59.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组妇产科患者总医疗缺陷发生率13.51%低于比照组40.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组妇产科患者总医疗纠纷发生率5.41%低于比照组43.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科患者于临床接受完善分娩流程管理后,利于总管满意率提升,总医疗缺陷发生率降低以及总医疗纠纷发生率降低,最终对于妇产科总体工作质量的提升,奠定基础。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of reducing medical defects after implementing process management in the hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods 74 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients treated in the hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as experimental subjects;the digital parity method was used to explore the management of each group's delivery process;the control group 37 cases:the routine delivery process management methods were used;experimental group 37 cases:selected the improve the delivery process management method;compared the total management satisfaction rate,the rate of total medical defects,and the rate of total medical disputes between groups.Results The overall management satisfaction rate of gynecological and obstetric patients in the experimental group 97.30%was significantly higher than that of the control group 59.46%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall medical defect rate of gynecological and obstetric patients in the experimental group 13.51%was lower than that of the control group 40.54%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of total medical disputes among gynecological and obstetric patients in the experimental group 5.41%was significantly lower than that in the control group 43.24%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After obstetrics and gynaecology patients receive clinically perfect delivery management,it will help improve the satisfaction rate of general managers,reduce the incidence of total medical defects and reduce the incidence of total medical disputes,and finally lay the foundation for the overall quality of work in obstetrics and gynecology.
