中药联合康复训练对脑卒中患者的影响探究

目的针对中医中药联合康复训练对脑卒中患者的护理干预效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月在我院进行治疗的70例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法,将所有研究对象分为常规组与研究组,每组各35例。常规组采用常规的护理干预措施,研究组则采用中医中药联合康复训练的护理干预措施。比较两组患者的护理总有效率、护理后的运动功能及生活质量评分。结果经研究比较发现,(1)研究组患者的护理总有效率显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)研究组患者的运动功能评分显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)研究组患者的生活质量评分显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医中药联合康复训练的护理干预措施能够提高患者的康复效果,值得在临床中应用。

Study on the Influence of Chinese Medicine Combined Rehabilitation Training on Stroke Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training on the nursing intervention of stroke patients.Methods Seventy stroke patients who underwent treatment in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.All subjects were divided into routine group and study group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The routine group used routine nursing interventions,while the research group used nursing interventions for traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training.The total effective rate of care,post-nursing motor function and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After comparison,it was found that(1)the total effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the motor function score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients and it is worthy of application in clinical practice.
