健胃消炎颗粒联合雷贝拉唑、磷酸铝治疗胃溃疡疗效观察

目的观察健胃消炎颗粒联合雷贝拉唑、磷酸铝治疗胃溃疡临床疗效。方法选取本院消化内科胃溃疡患者116例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,两组在服用雷贝拉唑、磷酸铝的基础上,观察组加服健胃消炎颗粒,HP阳性增服抗菌素,8周为1个疗程。结果对照组60例,治愈30例,有效19例,总有效率81.67%,观察组56例,治愈32例,有效22例,总有效率96.43%,两组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;对照组复发率63.26%,观察组复发率38.89%,两组复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论三种药物联合用临床疗效高、复发率低、不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of Jianwei anti-inflammatory particles in combination with rabeprazole and aluminium phosphate on gastric ulcer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianwei anti-inflammatory particles combined with rabeprazole and aluminium phosphate on gastric ulcer. Methods 116 case of patients with gastric ulcer came to digestive internal medicine in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（56 cases）and observation group（60 cases）. All of them received rabeprazole and aluminium phosphate, observation group on the basis of rabeprazole and aluminium, added Jianwei anti-inflammatory particles. HP positive patients added antibiotics, 8 week as a cycle. Results There were 30 cases were cured,19 cases were markedly improved in control group, total effective rate was 81.67%,32 cases were cured, 22 cases markedly improved in observation group, total effective rate was 96.43%, P〈0.01; the recurrence rate of control group was 63.26%, observation group was 38.89%, P〈0.01. Conclusion Jianwei anti-inflammatory particles in combination with rabeprazole and aluminium phosphate have a high effect, low recurrence rate and little side effect in the treatment of gastric ulceris, so it is worthy of clinical application.
