银杏叶黄酮对小鼠和大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化的影响

摘    要:
本文采用硫代巴比妥酸反应法,观察了银杏叶黄酮对小鼠和大鼠正常肝匀浆及四氯化碳(ccl4)引起的脂质过氧化作用的影响,并观察了对小鼠血清SGPT的影响。结果表明,银杏叶黄酮对体外小鼠和大鼠肝匀浆及ccl4引起的脂质过氧化均有显著降低。而对体内小鼠的脂质过氧化及ccl4诱导的SGPT升高无明显影响。

Abstract:
This study was performed to examine both in vitro and in vivo the effect of ginkgoglycosides extracted from leaves of ginkgo biloba L. on lipid peroxidation in liver homogenates.The thiobarbituric acid reaction was used to measure lipid peroxidation in both normal and CCl4-induced lipid peroxidation in liver homogenates of mice and rats. Meanwhile,serum pyruvate transaminase(SGPT)was also determined in the mice.The results showed in vitro that ginkgoglycosides extracted from leaves of kingo biblo L. significantly reduced CCl4-induced lipid peroxidation in mouse and rat liver homogenates,(p<0. 001).No obvious effect,however,was observed in vivo on lipid peroxidation in liver homogenates or on SGPT in the mice.
