盐酸曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定心绞痛临床观察

目的观察盐酸曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将120例不稳定型心绞痛患者按照住院号单双分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。对照组给予阿司匹林、倍它乐克、单硝酸异山梨醇脂等治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加盐酸曲美他嗪20mg/d,每日3次口服;阿托伐他汀钙10mg/d,睡前口服。疗程1个月。比较两组患者治疗后心绞痛症状控制情况及血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白的变化。结果治疗组总有效率(95.0%)显著高于对照组总有效率(78.0%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论盐酸曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果较好,不良反应轻微。

The Clinical Observation of Trimetazidine Combined Atorvastatin Calciumd Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the joint trimetazidine hydrochloride atorvastatin treatment of unstable angina pectoris therapy.Methods 120 cases of hospitalized patients with unstable angina according to odd and even number of 60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group of 60 patients.Control group was given aspirin,betaloc,isosorbide Li grease treatment of alcohol.Treatment group were based on the trimetazidine hydrochloride 20mg/d,3 times a day orally;atorvastatin 10mg/d,orally at bedtime.Course of one month.The differences in angina symptoms after treatment controls and serum total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group（95.0%） was significantly higher than the total effective rate（78.0%）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,serum total cholesterol,LDL cholesterol,C-reactive protein were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.01）,compared with the control group there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Trimetazidine hydrochloride combined atorvastatin clinical treatment of unstable angina is better,mild adverse reactions.
