| 摘 要： | 目的观察生脉注射液对阿霉素急性心脏毒性的预防效果。方法将40例肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各20例,均予阿霉素为主联合化疗,治疗组加用生脉注射液,对照组口服维生素C、维生素E、辅酶Q10;比较两组用药后不同时段的主要症状、心电图、心肌肌钙蛋白I改善情况,并进行心脏损伤分级评价。结果两组急性心脏毒性反应和CTnI损伤情况相近。结论生脉注射液预防阿霉素所致急性心脏毒性效果与传统预防药物相似。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the prevention effect of Shengmai Injection for Acute Adriamycin induced Cardiontoxicity.Methods:40 with ADM-based chemotherapy toumor patients were divided raindomly into the trial group which was treated with Shengmai Injection and the controlled group which was treated with VitC,VitE and Conezyme Q10.Clinical data about cardinal symptoms in different periods of the treatment,EKG(electrocardiogram)and CTnI(cardac troponin I)were reviewed and analysed.Graded evaluations of heart injury were conducted according to respective standards.Results:The presenle of and CTnI injury in the two groups showed that there was no significant difference between them.Conclusion:By the treatment of Shengmai Injection,the Acute Adriamycin induced Cardiotoxicity was relieved the same as by VitC,VitE and Conezyme Q10,and the effect of Shengmai Injection is proved. |
