尿芽孢形红细胞在诊断肾小球性血尿中的临床价值

目的通过对尿芽孢形红细胞的检查,为肾小球性与非肾小球性血尿的诊断提供依据。方法用位相显微镜检查血尿中芽孢形红细胞的比例,并做统计分析。结果诊断肾小球性血尿,以芽孢形红细胞百分率≥5%为诊断标准,其敏感性为48.9%,特异性为100%;以芽孢形红细胞百分率≥4%为诊断标准,敏感性为63.8%,特异性为100%;以芽孢形红细胞百分率≥3%为诊断标准,敏感性为74.5%,特异性为99%;以芽孢形红细胞百分率≥2%为诊断标准,敏感性为85.1%,特异性为96.1%,以芽孢形红细胞百分率≥1%为诊断标准,敏感性为89.4%,特异性为88.3%。结论以芽孢形红细胞百分率≥2%诊断肾小球性血尿,敏感性和特异性均较好,可以做为鉴别血尿来源的一种有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Clinical Significance of Urine Sporeshaped Red Blood Cell in the Diagnosis of the Glomerular Hematuria

Objective To provide evidences for diagnosis of glomerular hematuria and non-glomerular hermaturia through the examination of urine sporeshaped red blood cell.
