宫颈癌患者术后生活质量影响因素的调查研究

目的 探讨宫颈癌患者术后生活质量的影响因素.方法 选择80例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,选择术后6个月作为调查时间点,收集所有患者的一般资料,包括年龄、肿瘤分期、肿瘤类型、治疗方式、婚姻状况、是否保留卵巢、经济收入、应对方式、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分,结合上述基本情况,再向患者发放癌症治疗功能评价系统(FACT)中的宫颈癌量表(FACT-Cx)问卷调查,分析影响宫颈癌患者术后生活质量的危险因素.结果 所有患者均完成问卷调查,结果显示,不同年龄、肿瘤类型宫颈癌患者的FACT-Cx评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);经Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,肿瘤分期、治疗方式、婚姻状况、是否保留卵巢、经济收入、应对方式、SSRS评分均是影响宫颈癌患者术后生活质量的危险因素(OR=1.845、2.387、1.857、2.785、1.753、1.463、2.896,P﹤0.05).结论 肿瘤分期、治疗方式、婚姻状况、是否保留卵巢、经济收入、应对方式、SSRS量表评分均是影响宫颈癌患者术后生活质量的危险因素,临床上在控制宫颈癌患者疾病进展的同时,重视对患者的心理干预和健康教育等,消除患者的心理负担,在提高宫颈癌患者的生活质量方面具有积极意义.

Study of the factors influencing the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after surgery

Objective To investigate the factors affecting the quality of life(QOL)of patients with cervical cancer af-ter surgery. Method 80 patients with cervical cancer who received surgical treatment were included in the study. The time point of 6 months after surgery was set as the time of investigation,all the general information of patients,including age,tumor stage,tumor type,therapy,marital status,preservation of the ovary,economic income,coping style and social support rating scale(SSRS)score,besides,the cervical cancer scale(FACT-cx)questionnaire in the cancer treatment func-tional evaluation system(FACT)was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the postoperative quality of life of the pa-tients with cervical cancer.Result All patients completed the questionnaire survey,and the results showed that there was no significant difference in FACT-Cx scores among patients at different age,with dissimilar type of cervical cancer(P>0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that tumor stage,therapy,marital status,preservation of ovary,economic in-come,coping style and SSRS scale score were all risk factors for postoperative quality of life in patients with cervical can-cer(OR=1.845,2.387,1.857,2.785,1.753,1.463,2.896,all P<0.05).Conclusion Tumor stage,therapy,marital status, preservation of ovary,economic income,coping style and SSRS scale score are risk factors influencing the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer,in clinical practice,it is essential to strengthen the psychological intervention and health education while controlling the progress of disease,which is of positive significance in improving the quality of life.
