硫酸镁溶液的制备及稳定性考察

摘    要:目的改进硫酸镁溶液的配制方法,并考察其稳定性。方法对传统方法进行改进,采用加0.02g/mL枸橼酸钠并用热纯化水溶解、趁热过滤分装的方法配制硫酸镁溶液,并采用长期试验考察其稳定性。结果硫酸镁溶液室温贮存12个月内,3批样品的外观、性状、含量和微生物限度检查均符合规定,有效期暂定为12个月。结论该方法简便易行,配制的硫酸镁溶液稳定性好,经过改进的制备工艺值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To prepare magnesium sulfate solution and to investigate the stability of the solution, Methods The traditional preparation technique was improved, The new methods were adopted, 0,02 g/mL sodium citrate was solved by hot purified water, then filtered and divided when the solution was hot. The long-term stable text was adopted, Results After 12 months storage at room temperature, the appearance, contents and microorganism determination of 3 batches of magnesium sulfate solution were in conformity with the requirements. The expiry term was 12 months. Conclusion The new preparation technique of magnesium sulfate solution is simple and feasible, and the solution was stable. It should be worth popularizing.
