骨康合剂对兔实验性膝骨关节炎血液流变性的影响

目的探讨骨康合剂对骨关节炎（OA）模型兔血流变的影响。方法36只健康新西兰兔随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性组和骨康合剂高、中、低剂量组。模型组和阳性组、骨康合剂组用Hulth法复制出实验性骨关节炎模型。术后8周造模成功,模型组、阳性组和骨康合剂组分别按体重计算剂量灌胃生理盐水、关节壮骨丸、骨康合剂。灌胃6周后测定血液流变含量并作统计学处理。结果模型组的血液流变学状态较正常组有明显的改变,各指标均较正常组有极显著升高（P〈0.01）。而阳性组、骨康合剂组各检测值与模型组相比有显著差别（P〈0.05）,与正常组比无显著差别（P〉0.05）。结论骨康合剂能显著改善骨关节炎血流动力学和血液流变学状态,防止并延缓关节软骨的退行性改变,从而达到了保护关节软骨、治疗骨性关节炎的目的。

Effect of Gukang mixture on blood rheology in the synovial fluid of osteoarthritis in rabbits

Objective To explore the effects of Gukang mixture on blood rheology in the synovial fluid of osteoarthritis(OA) in rabbits.Methods Thirty-six New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the normal control group,model group,positive control group and Gukang mixture high,middle,low dosage group.The model group,positive control group and Gukang mixture high,middle,low dosage group established the OA model with Hulth's method.Eight weeks later,the models were successfully established and were given drugs for 6 weeks.Then all rabbits were sacrificed and the content of blood rheology was determined.Results There were significant differences between the model and normal control groups,and all the indexes in the model group were significantly increased compared with those of the normal control group(P<0.01).The indexes of the positive group and Gukang mixture group were significantly different compared with those of the model group(P<0.05).However,compared with the normal control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion This drug can significantly improve the condition of osteoarthritis hemodynamics and blood rheology,prevent and delay the degenerative changes in the articular cartilage,protect the articular cartilage,and treat osteoarthritis.
