摘    要:脊髓损伤(SCI)是神经科学领域内一道尚未解决的难题。多项研究表明生长因子和细胞外基质是构成中枢神经系统微环境的必不可少的成分,研究它们在SCI和修复中所起的作用,有利于找到针对性的治疗手段,从而最大程度地提高SCI后的功能恢复。本文对神经生长因子、脑源性神经营养因子、神经营养因子3、血管内皮生长因子、转化生长因子β1、细胞因子和促进或抑制轴突再生的细胞外基质蛋白在SCI中的作用作一综述。

Abstract:Spinal cord injury(SCI) is the unsettled hot nut in neuroscience.Multiple researches showed that growth factors and extracellular matrix are indispensable component in constructing microenvironment of central nervous system,of which the study about their role played in SCI and repairment is helpful to seek specific therapeutic methods and to promote functional recovery after SCI in the maximum.This article reviews effects of nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),neurotrophic factor-3(NT-3),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),cytokine(CK)and ECM promoting or inhibiting regeneration of injured axons on SCI.
