前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂治疗主观性耳鸣的疗效观察

目的:探讨前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(PGE1)治疗主观性耳鸣的疗效.方法:将主观性耳鸣患者随机分为两组,治疗组33例(35耳)应用PGE1进行治疗,对照组32例(33耳)应用罂粟碱进行治疗,两组均辅以神经营养等药物.结果:治疗组患耳治疗后总有效率94.3%,对照组患耳治疗后总有效率66.6%,两组统计学处理差异有显著意义(P＜0.05).结论:前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(PGE1)不失为一种治疗主观性耳鸣的有效方法,且早期治疗显得较为重要,应及早给予静脉给药.

CLINICAL STUDY OF LIPO PROSTAGLANDIN E1 TREATMENT FOR SUBJECTIVE TINNITUS

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Lipo Prostaglandin E1 treatment for subjective tinnitus. Methods: 65 cases(68ears) of subjective tinnitus were divide d into two groups at random. 33 cases(35ears) of the curative groups were treate d with the PGE1, and 32cases(33 ears) of the control groups were treated with Na rceine.In both groups the course of treatment was supported with nerve nourishme nt medicine and so on. Results: The clinical results sho wed that 94.3% of the sick ears in the curative groups and 66.6% of the sick ear s in the controe groups were improved to some degree. There is significant diffe rence (P<0.05) between the two groups. Conclusions: Lipo Prostaglandin E1 is effective, besides, however earlier period trea tment is important.
