天枢穴深刺治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的疗效评价

目的 观察天枢穴深刺和标准针刺治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的疗效差异及安全性评估.方法 将39例结肠慢传输型便秘患者分成天枢穴深刺组和天枢穴标准针刺组,分别观察2组治疗1个月后便秘量表积分、大便性状积分及结肠传输时间(CTT)的差异和针灸安全性评价.结果 2组患者治疗后的便秘量表积分、大便性状积分差异显著(P<0.05),天枢穴深刺组优于天枢穴标准针刺组;CIT差异无统计学意义;治疗过程中患者无不良反应.结论 天枢穴深刺组治疗结肠慢传输型便秘疗效较标准针刺组明显,该治疗方法 安全有效.

Evaluation of Treatment of Colonic Slow Transit Constipation with Deep Acupuncture at Tianshu

OBJECTIVE To observe the difference between deep acupuncture and normal acupuncture methods in the treatment of colonic slow transit constipation and carry out safety evaluation. METHOD Thirty-nine patients were divided into two groups treated respectively with the two methods and were observed for a month for different indexes. RESULT Great differences were found in the constipation integral and stool property integral between the two groups (P < 0.05), with better results found in the deep acupuncture group. No statistical differences were found in colonic transit time. No side effects were detected. CONCLUSION Deep acupuncture at Tianshu is effective and safe in the treatment of colonic slow transit constipation.
