| 摘 要： | 本文就D-二聚体在消化系统常见恶性肿瘤（胃癌、食管癌、大肠癌、原发性肝癌、胰腺癌）中的诊断、预后判断方面作用进行概述，并就D-二聚体升高对于消化道恶性肿瘤患者的早期诊断方面的作用，如早期治疗、提高患者预后等问题进行讨论。

| Abstract: | This thesis mainly summarized the diagnosis and prognostic implications of D- dimer in common malignant tumors of digestive system (gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,colorectal cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma,pancreatic cancer).And discuss the function of D- dimer on early diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract. |
