骶前腔双套管引流在Miles手术病人中的应用：附136例分析

１９８２年１月至１９９７年１２月共行直肠癌Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术１７９例。其中１３６例于骶前腔置两根硅胶双套管引流。会阴切口Ⅰ期愈合率达９４％。术后平均住院时间２２天。明显优于单腔和香烟凡士林纱条引流组。本文还就Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术会阴切口的不同处理方法和双套管的特点进行了讨论。认为盆底腹膜缝合，骶前腔硅胶双套管引流和Ⅰ期缝合会阴切口是预防Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术会阴部伤口感染较为有效的措施

Silicone sump drain in presacral space following abdominoperineal excision for carcinoma of the rectum:a report of 136 cases.

From 1982 to 1997,179 patients with rectal carcinoma underwent abdominoperneal excision of the rectum.The two silicone sump drains were placed at the presacral space to 136 cases among them and resulted in primary perineal wound healing in 94% and mean 22 days postoperative hospitalization.It was much better than the results in penrose and cigarette drain groups.The different methods in managment of the perineal wound and the characters of silicone sump drain following Miles operation were also disscussed and the primary closure of perineal wound with silicone sump drain is considered to be the effective method for preventing infection of perineal wound.
