脑梗死患者血管内皮生长因子的变化

目的　研究脑梗死患者血清中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)含量的变化。方法　采用ELISA法对 3 0例脑梗死患者的血清分别在发病 2 4h和 7d进行检测 ,并用非脑梗死患者血清作对照。结果　脑梗死患者两个时相的血管内皮生长因子浓度均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而且大面积梗死组的血管内皮生长因子浓度高于小灶组 ,病程第 7d的血管内皮生长因子含量高于发病 2 4h。结论　血管内皮生长因子可能参与缺血性脑血管病的血管修复 ,本资料为缺血性脑血管病的治疗提供了血管再生的新思路。

Changes of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor of the Patient with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor in blood serum of the patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor was measured by ELISA in 30 patients with cerebral infarction at 24 hours and 7 days.Results The level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the control group were significantly higher than the normal group( P<0.01 ). The peak was high after 7d. The VEGF level in control group was positively correlated with the the infarct volume. Conclusions VEGF plays an important role in the plerosis of blood vessel in cerebral infarction.
