| 摘 要： | 目的：实现新农合患者费用自动结算和自动上传。方法：使用Microsoft webservice结合PowerBuicder编程。结果：实现了新农合患者医疗费用分摊的自动计算,并将患者费用信息上传到区县农合中心。结论：使用该方法技术简单、可靠,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To realize automatic clearing and costs upload for patients enrolled in the New Rural Coadjutant Medical Care（NRCMC）.Methods An interface software is developed with Microsoft Web service and PowerBuilder.Results Medical costs of NRCMC patients can be calculated automatically with the data on cost being transmitted to NRCMC center.Conclusion Being simple and reliable,the method is worthy of wide application. |
