| 摘 要： | 报导47例子宫内膜异位症,发病年龄均在30岁以上,有妇产科手术史者占34%。主要症状为月经异常、痛经、不孕,各占80.9%、65.8%和19.5%。子宫增大占74.5%、附件粘连性包块占12.6%、后穹隆结节占4.3%。术前误诊占74.6%,本文结合上述资料讨论了本病临床诊断问题。

| Abstract: | A clinical study was done in 47 patients of endometriosis.All cases were over thirty years old,and those having operative history in 16 cases.The principle symptoms was as follows,abnormal menstruation(80.9%)dysmenorr- hea(65.8%),sterility(19.15%),uterus enlargement(74.5%),adherent mass in adnexa(12.6%),node of post vaginal fornix(4.3%).Preoperative misdiagnosis rate was 74.6%.Four points for elevating the correct diagnosis of endometriosis at ante operation were presented. |
