雷公藤多甙联合葛根素治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

目的：探讨雷公藤多甙联合葛根素治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将88例支气管哮喘患者随机分成两组，两组患者都给予一定的常规治疗，例如吸氧、解痉、平喘等。治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上，应用雷公藤多甙片进行治疗，服药剂量设定为1.0mg，分3次饭后服用，共服4周，葛根素注射液200mg静滴，每日1次，20d为1个疗程。对两组患者的临床疗效及复发率进行观察。结果经过统计，治疗组患者的总有效率达到了95.5%，对照组患者的总有效率为77.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。从时间上来分析，治疗组患者的复发概率小于对照组，经统计学分析有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论雷公藤多甙联合葛根素注射液治疗支气管哮喘在缩短病程及预防复发是一种比较有效的方法，且价格便宜，是值得基层医疗机构临床推广。

The clinical observation of tripterygium glycosides combined withpuerarin for treating bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with puerarin for treating bronchial asthma. Methods 88 cases with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups, all patients with treatment of oxygen, antispasmodic, relieving asthma, antibiotic therapy, on this basis of treatment, the observation group was given with tripterygium wilfordii tablets 1.0mg（kg.d）, three times after meals, for 4 weeks , and puerarin injection 200mg, once a day, 20 days for a course. And then observed and discussed the clinical effect andrecurrence rate of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%, the control group was 77.3%. The difference showed statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. However, significant efficiency and recurrence situation within 1 year of observation group were better than the control group, there were significant differences by the statistical analysis （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The treatment of tripterygium glycosides combined with puerarin for bronchial asthma can effectively shorten the course and prevent recurrence. It＆#39;s worth to promote in grassroots medical institutions because it＆#39;s cheap and effective.
