综合治疗重症胰腺炎的疗效评价

目的探讨重症胰腺炎综合治疗的疗效。方法我院2010年1月～2013年12月收治的60例重症胰腺炎患者，随机分为两组，各30例。对照组行手术治疗，观察组行综合治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组治愈率96．7％高于对照组治愈率73．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期正确诊断，重视重症胰腺炎的综合治疗，针对患者病情特殊性、不同病期适时调整治疗对策，制定个体化治疗方案是成功治疗重症胰腺炎的关键。

Efficacy evaluation of comprehensive therapy for severe pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive therapy for severe pancreatltls. Metnoas ~lxty patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received surgical treatment and the observation group received comprehensive treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 96.7%, which was higher than the 73.3% of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early correct diagnosis, valuing comprehensive treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, adjusting treatment strategies according to the illness particularity and stage, and developing individualized treatment plan is the key to the successful treatment of severe pancreatitis.
