眼科手术结膜囊清洁消毒方法的研究

目的：探讨眼科手术结膜囊清洁消毒方法,改变传统方法的弊端,减少不良反应的发生,保证手术的正常进行。方法：对210例施行眼科手术的患者,术前采用三种不同的方法进行结膜囊冲洗,观察结果反应和分析微生物采样报告。结果：B、C两组（碘伏）的杀菌效果明显高于A组（呋喃西林）;B组不良反应显著高于其他两组,说明单纯碘伏点眼易导致不良反应。结论：使用碘伏点眼3min后用灭菌生理盐水冲洗的方法进行结膜囊清洁消毒,既可保证消毒效果,又可减轻不良反应。

Sanitizing sterilization methods of conjunctival sac in ophthalmologic operations

Objective To investigate the effection of the s anitizing sterilization methods of conjunctival sac in ophthalmologic operations .Methods The conjunctival sac of 210 patients were rinsed before ophthalmologic operations in three different methods , the conjunctiva r eactions were observed , and the microbe sampling reports were analyzed.Results The sterilization effection of B and C groups using iodoph or were obviously better than that of A group using aldomycin, and the adverse r eactions in group B was more than that in other two groups, which indicated that using iodophor was easy to lead to adverse reactions.Conclusion Steriling eyes with iodophor in 3 minutes after rinsing the conjunctival sac with sterilization saline, will not only ensure the sterilization effect , but also lessen adverse reactions.
