中西医结合治疗慢性心功能不全临床观察

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性心功能不全的临床疗效。[方法]将94例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各47例，对照组采用常规抗心功能不全治疗，治疗组按不同的中医证候分成不同的证型，在西医治疗的基础上加用对应的中药汤剂，两组疗程均为30天。[结果]治疗组总有效率为89．36％，显效率为44．68％；对照组总有效率为72．34％，显效率为31．91％，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]加用中药治疗慢性心功能不全比单纯用西医常规治疗疗效更好。

TCM-WM Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Clinical Observation

[ Objective ] To observe the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure clinical efficacy. [ Methods]94 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group all 47 cases. The control group using conventional anti - heart failure treatment. Treatment group according to different syndromes of Chinese medicine into different card type,in Western medicine therapy on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine decoction with counterparts. Were treated for 30 days. [Results]In the treatment group the total effective rate was 89.36% ,effective rate is 44.68% ;control group,the total effective rate was 72.34% ,effective rate is 31.91%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure than the simple use of conventional Western medicine treatment better.
