摘    要:
目的 观察乙醇醛对DNA的损伤作用。方法 采用单细胞凝胶电泳 (SCGE)技术检测不同浓度乙醇醛对小鼠脾淋巴细胞DNA的损伤程度。结果 当乙醇醛浓度为 0 0 1mmol L时即能引起脾淋巴细胞DNA链断裂损伤 ,DNA损伤率为 8% ,DNA平均迁移距离为 ( 14 32± 2 84 ) μm。随着乙醇醛浓度的升高DNA损伤率和DNA平均迁移距离均以浓度依赖方式增加。结论 乙醇醛可引起细胞DNA损伤

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: Study the effect of glycolaldehyde on DNA of mouse spleen lymphocytes. METHODS: The DNA damage induced by different concentrations of glycolaldehyde was detected using single cell gel electrophoresis assay (SCGE). RESULTS: Glycolaldehyde at 0.01 mmol/L could induce lymphocyte DNA strand breakage and DNA damage rate was 8% and, the average migration distance of DNA was (14.32 +/- 2.84) micron. DNA damage rate and the average migration distance of DNA were increased in a concentration-dependent manner. CONCLUSION: glycolaldehyde could induce DNA damage in different concentration in this experiment.
