| 摘 要： | 目的:建立宫缩合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中当归、川芎、黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定益母草的有效成分盐酸水苏碱的含量。结果:TLC特征明显,阴性无干扰,专属性强;盐酸水苏碱进样量在0.5～10.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.24%,RSD=1.06%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于宫缩合剂的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of Gongsuo mixture. METHODS： Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong and Radix Astragali in the mixture were identified by TLC and the content of stachydrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. RESULTS： The TLC characteristics were distinctive and free of interference of negative control. The linear concentration range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 0.5-10.0μg（ r = 0.999 9） and the average recovery was 98.24% （RSD = 1.06%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Gongsuo mixture. |
