| 摘 要： | 目的:制备苦豆子壳聚糖口腔溃疡贴,并建立贴中槐果碱的含量测定方法。方法:以苦豆子总碱为主药,壳聚糖、甘油、羧甲基纤维素钠为辅料制备苦豆子壳聚糖口腔溃疡贴;采用反相高效液相色谱法测定贴剂中槐果碱的含量。结果:槐果碱检测浓度在10～320μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为108.64%,RSD=9.03%。结论:制备方法简便、可行;含量测定方法快速、准确,均具有广泛的适用性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To prepare TASa chitosan dental ulcer paste and establish a method for the determination of sophocarpine in the paste.METHODS： The dental ulcer paste of TASa chitosan was prepared with TASa as chief constituent and with chitosan, glycerine and CMC-Na as excipients.The content of sophocarpine in the paste was determined by RP-HPLC.RESULTS： The calibration curve of sophocarpine showed a good linearity within the range of 10～320μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 108.64% （RSD = 9.03 % ）. CONCLUSION： The preparation process of the dental ulcer oaste of TASa chitosan was proved to be simple and feasible, and the determine method was proved to be rapid, accurate and extensively applicable. |
