社区慢性乙型肝炎患者的自护能力影响因素分析

目的：了解社区慢性乙型肝炎患者自护能力的影响因素,探讨在社区范围内,提高患者’自护能力。方法：对社区39例慢性乙型肝炎病人进行调查。结果：慢性乙型肝炎病人年龄、文化程度、职业、病情轻重、对疾病的认识、自我态度、家庭的关心程度与是否接受过健康教育与病人的自护能力相关。结论：克服自护能力的局限性的关键在于针对性地进行社区护理干预,可预防疾病的反复发作,控制疾病的发展,提高生活质量。

The Analysis and Hypurgia Intervention to Community Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB)

This paper is aim to figure out the influencing factors to community patients with CHB and the ways to improve their self-protecting abilities . According to the study of 39 cases , it＇s proved that this subject is deeply relevant to many kinds of aspects like their ages , diplomas, jobs, conditions, also their knowledges and attitudes to the illness, families＇cares and treatment histories . Last the conclusion is demonstrated that the community hypurgia intervention is the key method to reduce the limitations of self-protecting abilities. At the same time the nursing cares also provide the great helps on preventing the recurrent attacks, controlling the development of illness and improving the life level.
