胫腓骨开放骨折支架外固定术后骨不连原因分析

目的：分析引起胫腓骨开放性骨折支架外固定术后骨不连的影响因素，以期提高术后治愈率，减少再次手术几率。方法：对胫腓骨开放性骨折支架外固定术后发生骨不连患者共计30例进行回顾性分析。结果：胫腓骨开放性骨折支架外固定术后发生骨不连的主要原因为患者自身原因小腿本身解剖的生理特点所致，其次是骨缺损、感染及外固定支架本身性能局限及术者操作水平。结论：骨不连的原因是多方面的，在治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折时要注意操作及固定方式，手术后要注意跟踪治疗，引起重视，避免骨不连的发生。

Objective： Analysis of open fractures of tibia and fibula caused by stent nonunion after external fixation of factors, in order to improve the cure rate after surgery to reduce the chance of re-operation.
