| 摘 要： | 公平、正义和平等作为公平价值理念的常规表达方式,其含义看似相近,但其价值内核却存在根本差异。平等理念从人权伦理出发,主张医疗资源配置的结果均等,理应成为医疗保健领域公平价值理念的最优选择;囿于现实条件的约束,医疗资源的配置无法做到绝对的结果均等,必须要进行保健优先权的设置。

| Abstract: | The conventional expressions of fair value, the meaning of equity, justice, and equality may seem similar, but there are fundamental differences of core value among them. In the viewpoint of human rights, the concept of equality suggests the equal result of the allocation of medical resources, so it should be the optimal choice about fair value of health care. However, due to practical conditions, the allocation of medical resources can not be absolutely equal, which raises the need for health-care priority... |
