中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗方法对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效。方法盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者180例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例，治疗组采用药物加物理治疗方法，对照组采用单纯药物治疗方法，比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症效果稳定，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

Clinical Research on Treating Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the result of treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease by integrated traditional chinese and western medicine. Methods 180 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 90 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with medication plus physical therapy, the control group with simple drug treatment, to compare the clinical effects after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Combination treatment to sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease has stable effects and fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
