| 摘 要： | 目的：了解脊髓损伤（ＳＣＩ）后酸性成纤维细胞生长因子（ａＦＧＦ）的变化规律。方法：应用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化染色方法，观察ＳＣＩ前后脊髓中ａＦＧＦ的动态变化，并以图像分析技术对这种变化进行定量分析。结果：在正常脊髓中，ａＦＧＦ定位于前角运动神经元胞浆中；ＳＣＩ后ａＦＧＦ明显增高。结论：ＳＣＩ后，脊髓自身产生大量的ａＦＧＦ，这种自身保护机理可能在ＳＣＩ后的自身修复与再生方面起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: We studied the change of acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF),the neuroprotective factor, after spinal cord injury (SCI).Methods:We observed the change of aFGF before and after SCI with immunohistochemical staining, and the staining results were quantitated by image analysis technique.Results:In normal group, aFGF was located in cytoplasm of anterior horn motor neurons;The expression of aFGF increased after SCI.Conclusions:More aFGF was produced by spinal cord itself and this kind of protective mechanism might play an important role in its selfrepairing and regenarating after SCI. |
