摘    要:目的:了解脊髓损伤(SCI)后酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)的变化规律。方法:应用S-P免疫组化染色方法,观察SCI前后脊髓中aFGF的动态变化,并以图像分析技术对这种变化进行定量分析。结果:在正常脊髓中,aFGF定位于前角运动神经元胞浆中;SCI后aFGF明显增高。结论:SCI后,脊髓自身产生大量的aFGF,这种自身保护机理可能在SCI后的自身修复与再生方面起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective: We studied the change of acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF),the neuroprotective factor, after spinal cord injury (SCI).Methods:We observed the change of aFGF before and after SCI with immunohistochemical staining, and the staining results were quantitated by image analysis technique.Results:In normal group, aFGF was located in cytoplasm of anterior horn motor neurons;The expression of aFGF increased after SCI.Conclusions:More aFGF was produced by spinal cord itself and this kind of protective mechanism might play an important role in its selfrepairing and regenarating after SCI.
