中医康复方案治疗中风对照临床观察

[目的]观察中风患者应用中医康复方案的效果。[方法]我院2000年1月至2006年9月收治中风病患者220例,分为对照组(130)和治疗组(90),应用简式的运动评分方法和改良指数,对中风病患者的日常生活能力和运动功能进行评定。治疗组患者按康复方案要求进行治疗,对照组患者按照基础的治疗方法,两组疗程均为4周。[结果]两组患者进行4周治疗以后,按照指数和神经功能的缺损程度来进行评分,治疗组的患者要明显优于对照组的患者。[结论]应用中医的康复方案在很大程度上使患者的中风病致残率降低,补充了中医康复方法对中风病患者的治疗,采用中医康复方案对中风病患者进行治疗,取得的效果明显,值得被广泛推广。

Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Apoplexy Rehabilitation Effect Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective] To observe the stroke patients using Chinese rehabilitation programme results.[Methods] In our hospital from 2000 January to 2006 September were treated 220 cases of stroke patients,the patients of acute cerebral hemorrhage accounted for 90 cases,cerebral infarction group were 130 cases,two groups of stroke patients were randomly divided into the control combination treatment group,application of a simple type of movement score method and modified index,the wind disease patients the ADL and motor function assessment.The treatment group patients according to the rehabilitation program requirements to treatment,patients in the control group according to the foundation treatment method,a panel of two treatment courses are 4 weeks.[Results] The treatment group and the control group of two patients was performed at 4 weeks after treatment,according to the index and neural function defect degree to score,the treatment group patients to be significantly better than the control group patients.[Conclusion] The application Chinese medicine rehabilitation programme largely made in patients with stroke morbidity is reduced,added the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation method on stroke patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine,rehabilitation scheme on stroke patients were treated,the achieved results,worthy to be widely popularized.
