| 摘 要： | 目的 研究胰岛素瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现及其诊断价值.方法 回顾分析8例经病理证实的胰岛素瘤患者的MSCT表现.结果 胰岛素瘤CT平扫大多数表现为等密度,2例为稍低密度,1例为稍高密度,1例为囊实性.增强扫描肿瘤实体部分均有强化,大多数动脉期强化程度高于门脉期,1例门脉期强化程度高于动脉期,延迟扫描强化程度均有减退.结论 胰岛素瘤有特征性的MSCT表现,MSCT对胰岛素瘤的定位和定性诊断有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the CT fingings and diagnostic value of MSCT of functional insulinoma. Methods Review of 8 patients with pathologically confirmed the performance of MSCT in patients with insulinoma. Results Most insulinomas CT scan showed isodcnse, 2 cases were a little low-density, higher density of 1 case, 1 case of cystic and solid. Some tumor entities have enhanced scan enhancement, most of the higher degree of enhancement in arterial phase and portal phase, 1 case of portal vein is higher than the ar- terial phase of enhancement, degree of enhancement has decreased delayed scan. Conclusion Insulinoma MSCT has characteristic perfor- mance, MSCT insulin tumor location and great value in diagnosis. |
