辛伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白浓度的影响

目的:研究辛伐他汀短期内对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度的影响.方法:132例ACS患者被分为辛伐他汀组(67例)和常规治疗组(65例),辛伐他汀组在常规治疗基础上加用辛伐他汀(20mg/d).分别测定两组在治疗前的基线水平hs-CRP与治疗后1周、2周、1月及3月时的hs-CRP浓度.结果:常规治疗组患者在治疗3个月Hs-CRP浓度明显降低(P＜0.05),辛伐他汀组患者在治疗1月Hs-CRP浓度开始下降(P＜0.05),至3个月时进一步降低.辛伐他汀组患者治疗1个月和3个月时Hs-CRP浓度显著低于同期常规治疗组患者(P＜0.05).结论:短期内辛伐他汀可以明显降低ACS患者血清hs-CRP浓度.

Influence of Simvastatin on the Serum Concentration of High - sensitivity C- reactive Protein in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective: To studythe influence of simvastatin on serum high - sensitivity C - reactive protein (hs-CRP) concentrations in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in short time. Methods: 132 cases of ACS were divided into two groups (simvastatin group, n = 67 and routine group, n = 65) on the base of routine therapy. The hs - CRP concentrations were measured before therapy and at 1stw, 2ndw, 1stm, 3rdm after therapy. Results:In routine group the hs - CRP concentrations began to decrease at 3 months after therapy; while in siravastatin group it began to decrease at 1 month and further decreased at 3 month after therapy. The hs - CRP concentrations of patients in simvastatin group were evidently lower than that of patients in routine group at 1 month and 3 month respectively.Conclusion: Simvastatin can effectively reduce the concentrations of serum hs - CRP in patients with ACS in short - term.
