| 摘 要： | 目的观察替米沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病患者血脂的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的门诊高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为替米沙坦和氨氯地平两组。观察治疗前及治疗8~10周后患者血压、血脂、脂联素及血糖变化。结果替米沙坦组及氨氯地平组均显著降低了血压,替米沙坦组较氨氯地平组显著降低了TC、TG,LDL-C,两组均显著降低（P〈0.01）,但组间差异无统计学意义,HDL-C两组差异均无统计学意义（P=0.41）。结论替米沙坦在降压的同时能改善血脂水平,提示其对代谢有独特作用。 |
