癔症性疑病综合征群体发作76例临床调查分析

目的 :对一起疑似学生集体食物中毒事件进行定性。方法 :从流行病学、临床表现、卫生检验以及精神病理学等多方面对 76名学生同时出现头昏、头痛、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻症状现象进行调查和分析。结果 :流行病学、临床表现、卫生检验结果均不支持集体食物中毒。结论 :多名学生同时出现头昏、头痛、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻症状 ,不是食物中毒所致 ,而是一起“癔症性疑病综合征的群体发作”。

Clinical analysis of hysterical hypochondriacal syndrome with mass attack in 76 cases

Objective:To quality a suspected incident of food poisoning in a pupil mass.Methods:Investigating and analyzing the symptoms of dizzy,headache,vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhoea presented simultaneously in 76 students by means of the epidemiology,clinical manifestation and hygienic tests and psychological pathology.Results:Food poisoning was not supported by the examinations of epidemiology,clinical manifestation and hygienic tests.Conclusion:The incident simultaneously presented the symptoms of dizzy,headache,vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhoea was not a food poisoning,but a mass attack of hysteroid hypochondriacal syndrome.
