| 摘 要： | 目的:了解开封市市售蔬菜中有机磷农药残留情况方法:随机采集3种类别共248份新鲜蔬菜,用气象色谱法进行有机磷农药残留量检测.结果:叶菜类蔬菜有机磷农药残留超标率明显高于果菜类蔬菜和根茎类蔬菜；开封市售蔬菜中污染最为严重的有机磷农药主要为甲胺磷、甲拌磷、敌敌畏、对硫磷及地亚农等农药；夏秋季节有机磷农药检出率和超标率明显高... |

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the organophosphorus pesticide residues of the vegetables in Kaifeng City Markets.Methods: 248 copies of the three categories of fresh vegetables were collected randomly,and organophosphorus pesticide residues were detected with the weather chromatography.Results: The exceeding rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues in leafy vegetables was significantly higher than that in fruit and root vegetables.The main organophosphorus pesticides which polluted vegetables in Kaifeng market... |
