体重指数与高血压、血脂异常、脂肪肝、糖尿病等因素相关性的分析

摘    要:目的 了解体重指数与高血压、血脂异常、脂肪肝、糖尿病等因素的关系。方法 对在我院参加健康体检的 6532人,应用体重指数的判断标准,BMI=体重(kg)/身高^2(m^2),正常18.5〈BMI≤24,超重24〈BMI〈28,肥胖≥28,消瘦BMI≤18.5。统计学方法。用SAS软件进行统计分析:(1)计算体重指数与高血压、血脂异常、脂肪肝、糖尿病等因素的相关性。(2)对体重指数与高血压、血脂异常、脂肪肝、糖尿病等因素进行逐步回归分析。结果 体重指数与餐后血糖、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高血压、糖尿病、脂肪肝、收缩压、舒张压、血尿酸、谷丙酶、r-谷胺酰转移酶均有关,与冠心病、心电图异常及尿素氮无关;以标准偏回归系数分析可以看出,甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、脂肪肝、血尿酸均对体重指数有贡献,以脂肪肝的贡献最大。结论 积极控制体重对降低脂肪肝、血脂异常、高血压、糖尿病、尿酸偏高、肝功异常的发生有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and hypertension,dyslipidemia,fatty liver,diabetic mellitus. Methods According to BMI, the study was carried out in 6532 peoples, which had health examinations in our hospital. BMI=weight (kg)/beight^2 (m^2),the normal result was between 18.5 and 24;overweight was between 24 and 28;If the result was over 28,it was called obesity;We used the SAS software to analyse the results, stepwise regression analysis was used. Results BMI was related to fasting and postprandial glucose levels,serum triglycerides (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), hypertention, diabetic mellitus, fatty liver, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, r-glutamyl transferase;but the relationship between BMI and CHD, dyselectrocardiogram, urea nitrogen was indefinite. TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, fatty liver,serum uric acid had statistical meaning based on partial regression coefficient. Conclusion Intervention for weight should be helpful to reduce the risk of fatty liver, dyslipidemia, hypertention, diabetic mellitus, high serum uric acid, dyshepatia.
