| 摘 要： | 在连云港第一人民医院选择４４例符合ＷＨＯ诊断标准的Ⅱ型糖尿病病人,并按１∶１选择性别相同,年龄在±３岁同期内入院的非糖尿病人作为对照,经单因素χ２检验和Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析,结果表明糖尿病组在家族史、嗜甜食及曾服用过降压药物等因素明显高于对照组,提示这些因素在糖尿病的发生中可能起重要作用。

| Abstract: | The author selected 44 patients with NIDDM and compared with no diabetes mellitus.The results showed that the risk factors between two groups patients were different with single analysis and Logistic regression modle.The rate of the diabetes mellitus family history,eating sweet food and taking antihypertensive drugs in the diabetes mellitus group( P <0.05).The author think that above risk factors being an important role in the development of diabetes mellitus. |
