Effects of staged psychological intervention combined with family affection care on hope level and self-efficacy of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effects of staged psychological intervention combined with family affection care on hope level and self-efficacy of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 86 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given staged psychological intervention combined with family affection care on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy,anxiety,hope level and disease coping style of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,each dimension score and total score of Herth hope scale(HHI)and positive face score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,avoidance and yield scores were lower than those before intervention,those of the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged psychological intervention combined with family affection care for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy has higher application value,which is conducive to improve the hope level and self-efficacy,relieve anxiety,and help to change the disease coping style.
