A case report of unclerative colitis complicated with pyoderma gangrenosum

Pyoderma gangrenosum(PG)is a complex neutrophilic skin disease,which is usually associated with systemic inflammatory diseases.The most common is inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Because of the incomplete understanding of the pathogenesis,lack of standardized treatment,so the treatment is challenging.New progress has been made in the pathogenesis of this disease in recent clinical studies,and it is considered to be a spontaneous inflammatory process.The purpose of this case report is to provide a typical case and explore the clinical features and treatment of PG.
