阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及其安全性

目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取抚州市东乡区人民医院2017—2019年收治的支原体肺炎患儿60例,按照就诊序号单双号分成对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组给予布地奈德、奥司他韦进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗。比较2组临床疗效,咳嗽、发热及肺啰音消失时间,治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素4(IL-4)、白介素6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平,并比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,咳嗽、发热及肺啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组CRP、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组CRP、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效确切,可改善临床症状,降低炎性反应,且安全较高。

Clinical efficacy and safety of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 60 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from 2017 to 2019 in People’s Hospital of Dongxiang District,which were divided into the control group and the study group according to the single and even numbers of the treatment number,30 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide and oseltamivir for routine treatment,and the study group was given azithromycin sequential treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of cough,fever and pulmonary rales,levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of cough,asthma,fever and rales was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CRP,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,CRP,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,and with high safety.
