高血压脑出血手术后死亡分析

目的总结降低高血压脑出血（HICH）患者术后病死率的方法。方法分析89例HICH患者救治经过。结果89例中死于肺部感染23例,术后颅高压未解除21例,再出血16例,消化道出血11例,肾衰竭12例,其他6例。结论严格掌握HICH手术指征,选择正确手术方法,术后合理用药及护理能降低HICH手术后病死率,改善预后。

Analysis of the cause of death after hypertensiveintracerebral hemorrhage operation
