| 摘 要： | 目的为康复新的进一步研究提供参考,为其临床合理应用和开发提供科学依据。方法检索中国知网、中国医院数字图书馆、万方医学网以及PubMed1994至2012年收载的公开发表的期刊杂志中有关康复新液和美洲大蠊的基础性研究文献并进行文献综述。结果对康复新药理作用进行综合整理、归纳、分析。结论康复新是用有机溶剂提取昆虫药材蟑螂体内的活性物质,分离而制成的生物制剂,具有药用价值广、不良反应少的特点。其药理作用包括促进创面愈合、抗炎、镇痛、抑制肿瘤细胞、增强免疫功能等。

| Abstract: | Obj ective To provide references for Kangfuxin′s further study and to provide evidences for its clinical usage and further developing.Methods The original articles,which were retrieved from Chinese Hownet,Hospital Digital Library in China,Wan-fang Medical Network,as well as PubMed,were reviewed.Results The pharmacological actions of Kangfuxin were sorted,gener-alized and analyzed.Conclusion Kangfuxin,a drug derived from Periplaneta americana,has high medical value and low side effects.Its pharmacological actions include promoting wound healing,anti-inflammation,pain relief,tumor cells inhibition,im-mune function enhancement,and so on. |
