| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,进一步促进临床用药的安全性和合理性。方法对我院近2年收集的304例不良反应报告进行统计、分析。结果静脉给药方式导致的不良反应例数最多(占97.04%);导致不良反应的药品以抗微生物药物最多(占58.81%);临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害和全身性损害为主。皮肤及其附件损害占22.52%,全身性损害占20.54%。结论医务工作者应进一步加强不良反应监测工作,以期更大程度地减少不良反应的发生,确保患者用药安全。

| Abstract: | Obj ective To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR）in a hospital,and to further promote the clinical medication safety and rationality.Methods A total of 304 ADR cases collected in 2011 to 2012 in our hospital were analyzed statis-tically.Results Of the 304 ADR cases,97.04% were caused by intravenous drip,58.81% were associated with antibacterials,and 22.52% were manifested as lesions of skin and the appendants. Among the cases, 20.54% caused systemic damage. Conclusion For medical workers,to a greater degree of reducing the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,and ADR monitoring should be strengthened to ensure patients medication safety. |
