胫骨平台骨折手术治疗临床疗效分析

目的探讨手术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取近年来在我院行切开复位内固定治疗的胫骨平台骨折51例患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访10～24个月,本组优良率82．4％。切口I期愈合,膝关节恢复生理活动度,无关节不稳定。结论胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗,是一个以手术为中心的综合治疗过程,任何忽视围手术期处理的重要性及违背手术原则,都将直接影响手术疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Surgical Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures

Objective To evaluate the the clinical efficacy and safety of surgical treatment oftibial plateau fracture. Methods 51 pa- tients in recent years in our hospital were chosen for treatment of open reduction and internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures, which the clini- cal data were retrospectively analyzed. Results By follow-up 10 to 24 months, the excellent rate of this group were 82.4% with no joint insta- bility. Conclusion The tibial plateau fracture surgery is a comprehensive treatment procedure centered as surgery, which any neglect of the im- portance ofperioperative management and contrary to the principles of operation will directly affect the clinical efficacy of surgery.
