| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性丙型肝炎患者 ( CHC)血清可溶性粘附分子 -1水平的变化与病毒复制的关系及临床意义。方法 采用 ELISA法检测 2 8例 CHC患者治疗前血清可溶性粘附分子 -1水平 ,逆转录 PCR荧光定量技术检测血清 HCVRNA水平 ,同时检测血清 ALT、AST活性。结果 CHC患者治疗前血清可溶性粘附分子 -1显著高于健康对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,且与 ALT呈正相关 ( r=0 .83 ,P<0 .0 1 ) ,与 HCV RNA无显著相关性 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 血清可溶性粘附分子 -1水平可用于 CHC患者炎症活动的监测。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the levels of sICAM-1 in the sera of patients with chronic hepatitis C(CHC),viral replication and clinical significance . Methods sICAM-1 levels were measured in the 28 cases of CHC before treatmeat by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,levels of HCV RNA were detected by quantitative PCR and serum ALT and AST activities were also detected.Results Levels of sICAM-1 inCHC patients were significantly higher than those in healthycontrols (P<0.01). sICAM-1 levels were correlated with ALT (P<0.01),but not with HCV RNA (P>0.05). Conclusion The measurment of sICAM-1 can be used to monitor the conditions of CHC patients. |
